Yes, once we have a signed contract, we require a 30% upfront deposit for residential projects. For commercial projects, the terms are governed by the specific contractual agreements that have been established.

Clear the area(s) including removing furniture. Take down any wall hangings. Provide access to your home/business. Make arrangements for your children and pets.

Before we begin painting, we will thoroughly prepare the area by utilizing drop cloths, plastic sheeting, painters tape and other paint materials to prevent splatter or drips. Once the painting is complete, we conduct a thorough cleanup of the job site which includes removing all protective coverings, sweeping or vacuuming any debris, and ensuring that your space is left in a tidy condition. 

The drying time for paint can vary significantly based on several factors, including the type of paint used, environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity, ventilation, and the specific surface being painted. Latex paint may take up to 24 hours to cure. Oil based painting materials require a longer drying time and can take up to 48 hours to completely cure.
